I'm writing this review with complete conviction. 💯 Anja and her team are true dog angels! She's so empathetic and attentive with my dog; I've never experienced anything like it at a vet! She's honest with you as the owner, so be prepared for constructive criticism :-) My dog ​​has severe allergies, and we've been going to Anja for four years now. She helped us from the very first moment with her knowledge, which is truly extensive. She has a heart of gold, and I can recommend Anja to anyone who really wants to help their pet! Don't make the mistake we did and go to the vet first. There, you'll usually just be treated with antibiotics or other medications… You should investigate the root cause and find out "why" your pet has these symptoms… and not just treat them!! And yes, that's exactly where Anja comes in. To treat the problem at its source!! A veterinarian confirmed to me that even she calls Anja at least once a week for advice, as her knowledge is incredibly comprehensive and most vets can't compete! But apart from that, try it out for yourselves! I can absolutely recommend her… It's better to go to a veterinary naturopath at the beginning and make the investment than to pay countless vet bills later! A cozy place; my dog ​​loves coming here. I requested a consultation for my seriously ill dog and received a prompt reply. Then I was informed that the woman handling the arrangements was unfortunately ill, which is understandable. However, after that, I heard absolutely nothing for over three weeks! At least a brief notification would have been appreciated if they didn't have time or didn't wish to treat my dog. It's very disappointing!

Unfortunately, it's the same old story: when there was no more money to be made from my Max, I received no further answers to my questions. No reaction, no "how is he?"...nothing, not even after the rainbow 🌈 picture when he died. I'm very disappointed, but it's just a business 😔 for so many people, including Ms. Wagner. I could have saved my money. Sadly.
