We visited this practice with our dog Timon and our cat Felix – and we couldn't have wished for a better place for our two furry friends. Unfortunately, Timon left us three years ago. He was seriously ill, and during that time, we received such loving, compassionate, and competent care. The entire practice team has their hearts in the right place. The number of times they helped us with Timon, accommodated us, or simply waved us through – that was never a given, and yet it was completely second nature to them. Timon loved Dr. Stephan. He was one of those dogs who actually enjoys going to the vet šŸ˜… – and he was always warmly welcomed there. When we finally had to put him down, we were even allowed to come in after the practice closed to say our goodbyes in peace. That meant so much to us. What I particularly appreciate about this practice: Nothing unnecessary is forced on you. No unnecessary medications, no unnecessary examinations – here, the focus is truly on the animal, not the business. Our cat Felix left us this September at the proud age of 19. We always felt in good hands with him, whether with Dr. Hummel or Dr. Stephan. At the beginning of the year, he became ill – and the entire team shared in our grief. We even received calls in the evening to see if he was feeling better. This sympathy was so genuine and heartfelt that it touched us deeply. Felix suffered from heart failure, and we often had to come to the practice as an emergency when his breathing became rapid. We never had to wait long – action and help were provided immediately. I'll honestly admit: I preferred Dr. Stephan, and Dr. Hummel knew it too. But one day, when there were a lot of emergencies, she called us into her consulting room and said: "I know you actually wanted to see my colleague, but I don't want to keep you and the cat waiting any longer." I'll never forget those words. They show how much she cares about the welfare of the animals (and their owners). I am deeply grateful to her for that. Everyone who works at this practice deserves my deepest thanks. They work with heart, understanding, and passion – and you can feel it in every moment. I would truly recommend this practice to anyone who wants a veterinarian who is not only outstanding in their field, but also in their personalities. And if another animal ever enters my life again, I already know that this practice will be my first port of call. Thank you for everything! ā¤ļø
