A very nice vet who treats both animals and owners well. She cares about the animals, not the money, and that's obvious. She's always happy to come back.

They won't see a single cent. I'd give zero stars if I could. It was my first time there, and the staff were extremely unfriendly, incompetent, and selfish. When I entered the waiting room, another dog started barking at mine, which is perfectly normal. They both barked for maybe five seconds. A patient there said, "Ugh, I can't stand that." I replied, "What can't you stand? That dogs bark?" and left the waiting room. After the doctor came out to call in the next patient, I simply said, "Excuse me, can I ask you something?" to explain the situation in the waiting room and avoid any misunderstanding. She said no, didn't listen to me, didn't let me finish speaking, just mumbled something to herself and said it was the next person's turn. Rude and antisocial. The way people are treated is truly unbelievable, and this is the first time I've ever experienced anything like it in a doctor's office. The fact that they don't listen to their clients, especially not to uniformed staff—I don't even want to know how others are treated. It seems the disgusting clients there are just following the lead of the blonde employee (with the braid). Absolutely not recommended! Don't go there!! There are plenty of other, more suitable places where you can communicate normally and who treat you respectfully. I've never experienced such rudeness. Thanks to the lovely other dog owner I chatted with after I left 🫶🏼

A fantastic veterinarian, very kind to both owners and animals. I've been going to her for a long time, seven years with our rabbit and nine months with our cat. She's always been a great help with both of our pets. She always has time to listen to the owners' concerns.

Warning to all pet owners: This veterinarian is a nightmare for both people and animals. She is completely incompetent, rude, and aggressive – clients are brushed off on the phone, and in person she treats them insolently and disrespectfully. You get the feeling she has no idea what she's doing. Anyone who loves their pet and wants to ensure they receive proper care should under no circumstances set foot in this practice. Absolutely not recommended.
