Super
I've been going there for years. In an emergency, they'll even come to my house. I have Great Danes. If you're unsure what to do, please make an appointment for me immediately at the Oldenburg Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Vick, where I'm also very happy.
My experience with Dr. Bothe's veterinary practice was not good. I took my cat there for neutering, and initially, they quoted me €120. In the end, I paid €125. I asked why the extra €5 was charged, and she said it would be on the invoice, but I didn't see anything about it. The cat didn't have a cone because of his licking. I asked what we needed to be aware of. We only received a sheet of paper with rules. Normally, the vet should explain everything to you, and the receptionist was very unfriendly. So, that was the last time I went to that veterinary practice. My experience was bad.
Great practice. Very nice and friendly doctor. She handled our dog very gently. We felt we were in good hands.
An emergency vet appointment with my seriously injured cat. She was very empathetic and gentle, talking to him even though she knew he was deaf. She stroked him and made everything as comfortable as possible for him. She explained everything that was happening and discussed the options with me, rationally and honestly, but not coldly. She helped me hold him during his final moments without causing him any more pain.
