My experience with the veterinary practice, Doctor Bothe, was not a good one. I took my cat in to be neutered and at first they said it would cost 120 euros. In the end I paid 125 euros. I asked why the extra five euros and she said you'll see it in the bill, but I didn't see anything on the bill. The cat didn't have a neck collar because he licks. I asked what we had to watch out for. We only got a sheet of paper with rules. Normally it's usual for the vet to explain things to you and so on and so on and the lady at reception was very unfriendly. So that was the last time I went to that veterinary practice. My experience was bad.

Great practice. Very nice and friendly doctor. She handled our dog very gently. We felt we were in good hands.
