I would like to emphasize that I highly value Dr. Neumeier as an extremely competent veterinarian who impresses with his precise diagnostics and well-thought-out treatment concepts. His diagnoses are based on a solid, systematic foundation, and his therapeutic approaches are characterized by clear comprehensibility and methodical rigor. This review is based on over 15 years of experience.

I had to take my cat to the emergency vet. Mr. Neumeier and his colleague were very kind. They took excellent care of my cat. I received very good information and advice; it's a great practice.

We have been taking our cats to this small animal practice since 2007 and have always been extremely satisfied. Our first cat sadly had to be euthanized in January 2019 due to a tumor. Dr. Neumeier and the veterinary assistant were very empathetic and chose the right words. In mid-2019, we adopted two cats from the animal shelter. These two cats also receive excellent care and are always petted and comforted during treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Neumeier and his team.

It's Saturday, and what do you know? My dog ​​has a swollen eye. I was so flustered, and then I had to call an unfamiliar veterinary practice that was on call. A lovely receptionist answered the phone and immediately explained that with children and animals, it's usually the emergency service that's needed, and asked if we could make it at 5:45 pm. My dog ​​and Dr. Neumeier walked in almost simultaneously, and he and I were greeted so warmly and invited to sit in the waiting room. A short while later, the receptionist came and greeted him very kindly, and he was weighed. The treatment was very gentle, and he quickly received pain medication, antibiotics, and tablets to take home, as it was unfortunately a tick above his eye. Dr. Neumeier took his time and clearly has a way with animals, which is a stark contrast to my experience in January.
