It's a shame there are no negative stars. Our cat was hit by a car last night and couldn't move afterwards, so we checked who was on call (it was already 10 pm). This vet was the one who answered the phone. My wife called, and the woman asked if it was really necessary for us to come in, since it would be torture for her too, as she would be sleep-deprived, so it would be better to wait until tomorrow. Luckily, we then drove to an animal hospital in Oldenburg (an hour's drive) where we received immediate help. Who knows if our cat would have survived the night?
Emergency on December 24th. I contacted the practice by phone and was able to speak directly with the veterinarian. We immediately went to the practice. After a short wait, we were in the examination room, and she explained to us in a very clear and understandable way what was wrong with our dog. Many thanks to her! ❤️🐕 I had read the reviews and wasn't sure what to believe, but now I've been able to form my own opinion and can say that we felt well cared for from the very first moment. She has a calm manner and explains the situation in an understandable way. We are grateful. Our dog was steadily improving after two days.
