You want a good vet? Then Bruno Betzler is definitely the wrong choice! A vet who has no respect for your animals and doesn't admit his mistakes. The animals' wounds aren't stitched properly, and they're sent home despite bleeding. When confronted, he always responds with the same statements, showing no insight into his mistakes and instead blaming the owners. You trust a doctor who doesn't care whether your pet survives or not! He tries to talk up his work, but his "good work" isn't visible. He notices his mistakes but can't admit them. A vet with no love for animals!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! Since I wanted to go on vacation with my young dog, I needed an anti-nausea medication for him. Unfortunately, my vet didn't have any in stock, so I called other vets. Dr. Betzler gave me a medication, and I administered it according to his instructions. My dog ​​collapsed 30 minutes later and stopped responding to my voice. I went straight to the animal hospital (it was a Saturday) where he received immediate medical attention. Five hours later, we were discharged with a medical report explaining that I had been given an anesthetic that isn't used for nausea, and that this was why my little one became lethargic. Dr. Betzler responded by claiming that I had given the wrong dose (which isn't true). He also tried to justify himself by saying that the receptionist was at fault because she must have misunderstood (even though I had spoken to him personally on the phone). Then he said that it had been such a busy day and he wasn't willing to pay the bill, as he claimed he hadn't made any mistake. He also claimed that the veterinary clinic was only trying to profit from us. I'm incredibly disappointed that he didn't even apologize, let alone pay the clinic bill of over €300. NEVER AGAIN!

Dr. Betzler is a very good doctor because, out of all the doctors we visited, he was the only one who recommended an ophthalmologist who is truly passionate about her work. Before that, we were at a clinic we all know, where the prices are simply exorbitant. They wanted to remove my eye immediately. Dr. Betzler is experienced, and the prices are still very reasonable! I can only recommend him! 🙏👌❤️ And all the negative comments here... hilarious, people! To start something like that, you'd have to be really, really mean 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I've been taking my two cats to Dr. Bezler for years. We're always satisfied; his calm demeanor has a positive effect not only on the animals but also on me. The walk-in hours are convenient, especially for someone like me who works shifts. We've only had positive experiences and are very happy. The prices are also absolutely fair.

!!!A disrespectful veterinarian!!! He treated my cats. During the treatment, he didn't seem to know what he was doing. He compared one of my cats to a car and said they couldn't be repaired. Comparing a living being to a car as a veterinarian is incredibly shameful and the absolute worst! This shows me that he wasn't paying attention to treating my cat properly. We're still talking about a living being here; you shouldn't take something like this lightly. It could have been your cat! My cat's condition is critical, and she will most likely be euthanized! Think of your animals and urgently change your veterinarian. You won't regret it. On the contrary, you'll see what much better, kinder doctors we have in this country.
