I want to write a very big thank you to the doctors of the AniCura clinic Camilla König and Vasilis Nenoglo, as well as the entire team of the clinic for saving my dog ​​- a 2-year-old Yorkshire terrier Marti , who was in a very critical condition due to an acute intestinal infection and was close to death. The doctors did everything possible and impossible, but they saved my dog. I’m especially grateful that at the clinic, despite the fact that I speak English and was traveling in a different time zone at the time of the incident, they kept me informed by email about the ongoing treatment and the condition of the dog, which helped me cope with my worries. Now I have a healthy and happy dog. Dear team of the AniCura clinic, I will always be grateful to you and will always recommend your team of professionals! My husband and I are very impressed and happy with this Tierklinik. We live in nearby Ostfildern, so it is nice to have a Tierklinik we trust nearby. As native English speakers with German skills that aren't super advanced, any medical experience (including for our dog) can be intimidating, but the staff at this clinic have been very friendly, communicative, and willing to help. I have been super appreciative and grateful for their quick responses via email for scheduling appointments and giving advice; they even quickly prepared a cost estimate for an upcoming procedure we need to have done for our dog, which will be very useful for we can plan ahead for this expense. They also have very affordable prices for our dog's preventative and other medications. We will keep returning to this Tierklinik as customers and thank Dr. med. vet. Schuster and the rest of the staff for their great help so far!

Absolutely disgusting service!!! Appointment made for 6 o'clock for injection only but not left the clinic until 8 pm. Also the price was shocking. They have lied the charge will be €100 but charged €128 for injection worth €20. Shockingly bad service. Avoid!!!!!!

We love these Vets, they do speak English and take VAT forms. They helped us with our poor Zoe and then when our 8 year old Pepper got sick they fought hard to save her, then checking our only pup left to ensure he was healthy. Love love love the staff and doctors, they are sympathetic, concerned and very gracious. If you live in the Esslingen area and need a vet I completely recommend them, they are my vets now for as long as I’m in Germany.

Went yesterday evening for my dog lucy everyone was so nice the office was clean and it was a very easy smooth and fast process. They weren't sure at the time if they took vat forms so they just told me to wait on paying until they could confirm. I see from the comments below they do so I'll swing by today. Highly recommend!
