Wonderful veterinary practice! We were back here today, January 13, 2026, after a year, for Shadow's vaccinations. As always, he was overjoyed and practically bursting with excitement to finally enter the practice and greet one of his favorite people: Dr. Richter! Once again, we were very pleased with the warm welcome. High professionalism, expertise, and empathy characterize this practice. Our four-legged friends are treated here as if they were part of the family and their daily lives. We sincerely thank Dr. Richter and her assistant for welcoming us with such warmth once again. I've been taking my animals to Ms. Richter for over 40 years, and that probably says it all. She has a special gift for dealing with animals, without big words or fuss. She observes closely, understands what she sees, and acts calmly and clearly. Each of my animals has always felt at home with her. No stress, no drama—her calm demeanor immediately inspires trust. When one of my cats showed neurological symptoms, she didn't immediately resort to poisoning or high-tech treatment, but instead observed carefully and accurately diagnosed it: a blow to the head. Her experience is also evident in her procedures—flank castration instead of abdominal incision (more gentle) and tartar removal without unnecessary anesthesia. And when an animal is nearing the end of its life, she speaks clearly and honestly without prolonging suffering. For me, this veterinarian isn't a "service provider," but a person with a genuine sensitivity for animals. And that's precisely why I've trusted her implicitly for decades.
