They definitely deserve 5 stars. We went there yesterday for my friend's cat; we had to go without an appointment because it was an emergency. But even so, they told us we would have to wait a little while and that they would attend to us later. And both vets have a friendly and explanatory attitude. Their cheerful and helpful demeanor is wonderful, thank you. Also, there are 2 parking spaces available. If you come with an appointment, just let them know you'll be arriving by car. They open the gate when you ring the doorbell at the garden gate.

Wonderful veterinary practice! We were back here today, January 13, 2026, after a year, for Shadow's vaccinations. As always, he was overjoyed and practically bursting with excitement to finally enter the practice and greet one of his favorite people: Dr. Richter! Once again, we were very pleased with the warm welcome. High professionalism, expertise, and empathy characterize this practice. Our four-legged friends are treated here as if they were part of the family and their daily lives. We sincerely thank Dr. Richter and her assistant for welcoming us with such warmth once again. Highly recommended!

I've been taking my animals to Dr. Richter for over 40 years, and that probably says it all. She has a special gift for handling animals, without a lot of fuss or fanfare. She observes closely, understands what she sees, and acts calmly and decisively. Every one of my animals has always felt comfortable with her. No stress, no drama – her calm demeanor immediately inspires trust. When one of my cats showed neurological symptoms, she didn't immediately resort to poisoning or high-tech procedures, but observed carefully and accurately diagnosed the cause: a blow to the head. Her experience is also evident during procedures – flank castration instead of abdominal surgery (more invasive) and tartar removal without unnecessary anesthesia. And when an animal is nearing the end of its life, she finds clear, honest words, without prolonging suffering. This veterinarian isn't just a "service provider" to me, but a person with a genuine understanding of animals. And that's precisely why I've trusted her completely for decades.

The best vet and her assistant! You get an appointment quickly, you are well informed, and the animal is treated well. I am very grateful to them both.
