Mrs. Hafner is a knowledgeable professional, that cares for animal's well being and has a very individual approach. She was handling my severely sick snake with such astonishing interests in helping the snake, looking up for all possible cures, always patiently explaining me what is going on. I very much appreciated her approach and highly recommend her.

She squeezed me in the same day. My dog who is afraid of the Dr felt calm and at ease with her. She does not overcharge or run up the bill

We visited Dr. Häfner today with our tortoise, Coco, because our veterinarian thought her shell was a bit too soft. Dr. Häfner took an incredible amount of time and provided us with a wealth of in-depth knowledge. She illustrated this clearly with numerous specimen tortoise shells, where deformities caused by improper care were clearly visible. Fortunately, we are far from experiencing such deficiencies. We received a few tips for optimizing hibernation and were offered the opportunity to call if we had any further questions. She is a truly fantastic veterinarian, and we will gladly call her again if we need a competent veterinarian. Dr. Häfner, thank you so much for this pleasant and informative visit to your practice!

We had our pet euthanized by Dr. Häfner and received exceptionally compassionate support during this difficult time. She dedicated ample time to us, ensuring a peaceful and dignified farewell without any time pressure. The entire process was handled with great respect and professionalism. We felt well cared for and are grateful that we were able to say goodbye to our pet in such a comfortable and trusting atmosphere.

My grandma always took her cats there (when we were younger, snakes slithered freely around in the next room, which was cool). We've always taken our animals there (cats, rabbits, dogs, I think also a guinea pig, and the rest of our menagerie). She's friendly and incredibly honest, which can sometimes be unpleasant. It takes a lot of time, but it's often informative, and if you're pressed for time, you can say "we have to go," and then she works faster. There's a reason for the instant bank transfer payment option, and it's probably not because one person didn't pay, but rather because several people have, and chasing after money costs time, nerves, and money, so I think the solution is great. She was the only vet who would treat our Selenia (a mixed-breed Mechelaar) with prior sedation (she bit everything that was scary, even with sedation). She treated the little one well. Our old Fenja (a German Shepherd) was also always treated very well; when her health deteriorated, Dr. [Name]... Häfner expressed her concerns but still gave her a chance to make it with medication (which, unfortunately, she didn't). Since Fenja was chronically ill, we were there often. Rabbit neutering, female dog spaying – everything was always excellent. I didn't get a lecture about not neutering my male dog, thank you for that. Unfortunately, we live 1.5 hours away, otherwise we would continue to come.
