They are really takint care of my dog very well, pleased to choose here
I went to the vet's office today to get help for our cat, who is currently urinating blood. I brought all previous diagnoses and the names of his medications with me and wanted at least an assessment, an appointment, or a referral. However, I was immediately told that no appointment was possible because there was a hold in the system due to an old invoice. This invoice was paid at the time. We were completely unaware of any existing hold. Especially in such a situation, I would have appreciated at least some minimal support or a clear referral. Instead, I was sent away without any help, even though it involved an animal in potentially serious condition. I find this behavior very disappointing and irresponsible.
They're not real vets. The dog, who'd been examined for about two years, died an hour ago at the vet clinic. They wanted to pull a tooth when I was there four weeks ago. Thank God I checked.
We received a warm welcome and felt we were in good hands and received expert care and advice. Our dog's dental surgery went well, and we'll gladly return because everything here is perfect, both professionally and personally. Thank you to the practice team!
My Maltese dog had dental work done. Even during the initial consultation, the veterinarian took plenty of time and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Burgsmüller possesses a perfect combination of expertise and a genuine love for animals. The veterinary assistants are also extremely gentle with the animals. As a result, I felt my dog was in good hands during the anesthesia, which is absolutely essential for any concerned dog owner. I wish I had come here much sooner. I am very grateful for the expert treatment.
