The prices are incomprehensible!!! The team seems quite friendly, but Dr. Drescher completely lacks empathy… sensitive and private matters are communicated very harshly, and the waiting room door is always wide open, so every patient is automatically informed. Her dogs roam freely in and out, which can be very traumatic for small animals that have never been around larger animals! I will never visit this doctor again.

I'm giving one star for the veterinarian's expertise. However, the entire experience of the visit was very problematic. We visited the practice on a Saturday during open hours. The veterinarian's dogs were already in the waiting room. Since all the patients were in carriers, this was initially acceptable to us. When our name was called and the dogs wanted to follow us into the examination room, I asked them to stay outside. I was told that the dogs wouldn't do anything. Our cat, who is usually very calm during vet visits, was taken out of his carrier. However, after a short time, four of the veterinarian's dogs were chasing our cat around the examination room. The situation completely spiraled out of control and caused our pet considerable stress. After the incident, the only comment made was that something like this had supposedly never happened before. No sincere apology, no empathy. In the days that followed, our cat showed clear signs of back pain. The original health issue was not addressed at the practice. Nevertheless, additional charges were incurred, including for the interpretation of a report that, in our opinion, contributed nothing to the treatment. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice to pet owners seeking calm, professional, and stress-free treatment for their animals.
