My initial experience with the clinic's staff was challenging, but it's important to note that this seemed to be the norm for typical German staff, and I understood that this might be the case in Germany. However, things took a positive turn when I was referred to the dermatology department for an appointment after my dog's surgery. Dr. Teresa Böhm was assigned to my dog, and her care was truly exceptional. She was a game-changer. Dr. Böhm was thorough, asking numerous questions and conducting a comprehensive examination. Her approachability made it easy to discuss my concerns, and her dedication turned my overall experience around. Dr. Böhm's responsiveness stood out as she promptly addressed my email inquiries within 24 hours, offering valuable advice and scheduling appointments efficiently. Her excellent English language skills made communication a breeze for me as an expat. The clinic itself is conveniently located with ample parking. The staff becomes friendlier as you get to know them, which adds to the positive experience. Moreover, they are accommodating when it comes to keeping and using US VAT forms for future transactions. In conclusion, while my initial interactions with the staff were challenging, Dr. Teresa Böhm's exceptional care and professionalism made a significant impact on my experience at this clinic. It's a great place to bring your dog, with plentiful parking and a staff that becomes more welcoming as they get to know you. I highly recommend it, especially if you have Dr. Böhm as your veterinarian.

I wouldn’t go to this Klinik with an emergency especially if you have a cat! We waited for 4 hours with no one attending to us, there’s a family we found, who had been waiting from 16:00, and by the time we gave up and left was almost 1:00am. Wastage of time!

We have (unfortunately) been here many times. The staff is very understanding and polite. They have a full suite of testing capabilities and specialties. You will get great treatment for your furry family.

Way too expensive. Way too long waiting time (3 hours at least). They mostly give all the medicines they can give to increase the bill. My vet would have charged 4 times less. (I asked him) The labor tests results take also forever. We still did not get them 4 weeks after but they push us to close the bill payment.

Highly recommend for pet emergencies or overall care. Staff are very friendly and the vets do a great job walking through diagnosis, treatment options, and costs. Bonus that most of the staff speak English.
