Dr. Schenk is the best veterinarian I know. Her expertise and calm, very friendly manner make vet visits much less stressful for both animal and owner. I've had dogs for 22 years and, unfortunately, have often had bad experiences with veterinarians. I can absolutely recommend Dr. Schenk. Simply a fantastic vet!

I took my 13-year-old cat to this vet twice. He was losing weight rapidly. They only took blood samples and diagnosed him with hypothyroidism and said he was old. This went on for almost a year. You trust a doctor. But he didn't get better, so yesterday I went to the animal hospital. These vets immediately performed an ultrasound and discovered a liver tumor, obviously discovered too late. They said he won't make it to December. I'm in shock! Surgery is an option, but the chances of survival aren't very high. I'm incredibly sad. This vet is to blame for all of this; I will never set foot in that practice again! I have to deal with my grief on my own now. I blame myself for taking my beloved cat to this vet; it's awful! He died.

I took my cat to Dr. Egelhof. I received a very friendly welcome, and after my cat was treated, he was noticeably better immediately (he was on the brink of death!). That was almost a year ago, and he has been on medication several times since. He's been doing very well ever since. Dr. Egelhof doesn't force unnecessary treatments on you, which is something my previous vets did differently! I'm so glad I found this practice.

Again, I can only praise this practice!!! Lovely doctor and nurses. My dachshund lost control of his back leg while we were visiting. She was seen straight away, had an X-ray and a treatment plan. The whole team were super supportive, patient and caring not to mention very well priced. Thank you again!!

Today I took my little dog for his vaccinations. The vet vaccinated him, then put ointment in his ears and said they were infected, which isn't true. She charged me €190 for that, which is outrageous. I didn't want that; I just wanted my healthy, one-year-old dog to get the combination vaccine. That's theft.
