I've been taking my dog ​​to this vet for 14 years. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. These days, you really have to be careful which vet you see. For years, I've tried to get appointments with the same vet, and unless it's an emergency, this works out very well. That way, I can rely on qualified treatment. Of course, like in many other areas, the prices have become quite high.

So I went back again and I have to say, the doctor really didn't give up on my eye, which I'm glad about, since the cornea had detached. I was very satisfied again. My eye is great again. Thank you.

As is so often the case in animal clinics and veterinary practices, the primary goal here is to extract as much money as possible from pet owners. I've been there once with my dog ​​and once with my cat. You have to be careful about what's truly necessary, especially regarding X-rays (even for a cut), extensive blood tests, and other unnecessary procedures that are often sold. Unfortunately, this is one of the few places pet owners can go in an emergency – and you have to pay extra for that, too. The waiting times are generally enormous.

On April 3rd, 2022, my dog ​​severely injured my little tortoise. I immediately went to the animal hospital. Even before I reached the door, I was rudely turned away, as they don't treat reptiles. They didn't even glance at the animal. With humans, this would be called failure to render assistance! I went to the animal hospital in Plieningen, where they examined the tortoise immediately and then euthanized it right away. This entire painful journey could have been spared the animal. Disgusting...animal hospital...never again...not even worth one star.

We went there for the emergency service on a Sunday. The service was incredibly friendly and competent. We didn't have to wait too long either. Of course, it was about twice as expensive, but that's something you have to accept in an emergency. The premises were spotlessly clean and spacious. I can highly recommend them.
