She's a lovely doctor who even makes house calls! She's always available by phone to offer advice and support. Yes, you sometimes have to call several times, but so far everything has worked out perfectly. I highly recommend her.

While she handles animals gently and is undoubtedly a skilled veterinarian, her reliability leaves much to be desired. Our cat's initial examination was prompt, and he was quickly given some relief. An ultrasound was then scheduled for the following day. I was told I would receive a call to confirm the time. Since the promised call never came, I took matters into my own hands and practically became a stalker. Even after three more days, I received no response. To make a long story short, our cat's condition deteriorated again. A visit to another veterinarian finally yielded a diagnosis. Thank you for your unreliability and failure to keep your promises. We ultimately had to have our cat euthanized. The diagnosis would have been the same, but we could have spared him those final days if the ultrasound had been performed as agreed. This Christmas will be one we will never forget.
