Even one star is too much for this rip-off place, but you can't leave a review without one! We have four animals – two dogs and two cats – who get along well and are very close. One dog has worms. So, what could be more logical than to deworm all of them preventively? We went to this practice and explained our request – four deworming treatments for the animals mentioned above. Their weights were known. No way! Each animal would have had to be examined on-site before receiving any deworming treatment. They would have charged us four "health assessments" for XX euros, plus approximately 20 euros for the actual four deworming treatments. In my opinion, this is pure extortion! Luckily, our vet in Bernburg was open again the next day.
