I went there for a weekend emergency. I felt very well cared for. The vet was very competent and the veterinary assistant was incredibly kind. They clearly explained what must have happened to my dog, what treatment would be necessary, and what the next steps would be. They were very friendly and kind to the children who were with me and put them at ease. They were also very kind to my dog. All in all, it was a fantastic practice that I highly recommend. They even gave me a bandana! :)

We are very impressed with the entire team. They are very friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. We didn't have a truly urgent emergency with our chinchilla, but they still worked extra hours for us.

I called this morning and asked for an appointment because Clyde has been vomiting and has diarrhea for two days. The wonderful receptionist on the phone squeezed me in, and I was able to come at 5:45 pm (with a wait). The vet and the veterinary assistants were fantastic! All of them were loving and caring, working hard to find the cause. Thank you so much ❤️! (P.S. The cute photos of Clyde are meant to show how adorable he actually is—again, a big sorry! "Garsti" has calmed down now 😂)
