While on vacation, two of our dogs suddenly became seriously ill with gastroenteritis, one of them even suffering from bloody diarrhea. We were desperate because two local veterinarians wouldn't accept us. Our relief was all the greater when we received immediate help here without hesitation. We were seen right away, and the entire team—from reception to the vet—assisted us with such empathy, expertise, and care. Our dogs were well cared for, and we felt incredibly well looked after in this difficult situation. We are infinitely grateful for this quick, warm, and professional help. I'm extremely happy with this practice. After being disappointed several times by my old vet, I switched here. They quickly diagnosed my Willow with epilepsy. Everything was explained to me in detail. For the first time, I felt truly well cared for by a vet. I wasn't rushed through the appointment; instead, they addressed my concerns and anxieties.
