Today was our first visit to Dr. Steffen's veterinary clinic with our dog, as he had an infected tick bite. Although we hadn't been patients at the clinic before, we were able to come in the same day after calling. The entire team is incredibly friendly to both people and animals. The examination and treatment were conducted calmly and without any stress. Dr. Steffen explained everything very well and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. You can immediately tell that she is truly passionate about her work! We felt so well cared for that we immediately booked an appointment for our Kangal.
