I loved the attention towards my little Yorkie, they made him feel very comfortable and were super gentle with him. I liked how they answer all your questions and give you good recommendations. We were there for a vaccine and they tried their best to make it the easiest experience for my dog.

Our kitty was mad after the shots and microchip and being in a kennel. Amazing customer service and experience.

visited only once to get a health certificate for our PCS out of Germany, but I wish we’d gone sooner. staff could not have been more helpful or nice, even offering extra cleaning supplies when we said we needed to clean up our cat from being sick in the carrier during the drive there. also prescribed gabapentin for the plane ride, which went a long way towards calming our cat down and reducing her stress without knocking her out (which might prevent customs from letting her into the country). the health certificate and 10 doses of gabapentin were less than $45. also, their vets are USDA certified, so you don’t have to wait for the certificate to be mailed to NY and back.

We’ve always had a great experience at the vet on base! They’re very gentle with our kitty and we really enjoy the care they provide. Micah is absolutely fabulous and so are the rest of the staff!

The techs are amazing and so are the providers! They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to caring for my pepper! Highly recommend them!
