Dr. Mattern is the best vet I've had. My 10 year old dog Juneau has always hated the vet and is very anxious at the vet clinic. But at Dr. Matterns, although she isnt happy, she allows him to do what he needs to do. I highly recommend this vet. He also was so helpful with getting our pet passport and preparing to travel with a pet.
I couldn’t NOT recommend this vet enough. Sure, he speaks english but if you’re coming here for anything more than a small issue like needing a vaccine — DONT do it. Trust me. Editing: more of a reason why you should NEVER bring your pet here. An absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL man who doesn’t even know his clients from each other. He can’t even take a bad review without having to lash out, completely immature.
Awesome vet!! We've brought our kittens here for their first shots and met all our adult cat needs. Speaks English and able to accommodate very short notice.
We have used this vet for the past two years. Every visit is very professional and their team works very hard to accommodate requests. Recently helped with an unforeseen document issue flying with American Airlines. Dr. Mattern and his team has a lot of experience and speaks English if you need it. Highly recommend!!!
Highly recommend! Vet spoke English and was able to get my dog in for her teeth cleaning within a week. They also have walk-in hours in the evenings.
