Reviews
Many thanks to Dr. Kuntze and his veterinary assistant for their quick, competent, and friendly service. As a tourist, my dog and I were treated as if we were regular customers. I will definitely recommend the practice team to my landlord so that other pet owners can also receive such prompt assistance.
Always a pleasure. Friendly, courteous staff.
Great Veterinarian. Staff speak good English and the prices are very generous. Highly recommend.
We find Dr. Kuntze to be a competent and friendly veterinarian. He always cares for our cats lovingly and conscientiously! He also always takes the time to explain everything to us. Furthermore, his team is always friendly and helpful! His prices are very fair! We highly recommend Dr. Kuntze!
Even weeks after our visit, the incident is still bothering us, which is why we've decided to describe it. We were at the vet's office with our children and our dwarf hamster for a routine check-up. Our son had a few questions, including one about the animal's claws. When the vet picked up the hamster, it bit him on the finger (which can happen). He then threw the hamster across the room, and it landed under the desk! He apologized, but we were shocked and unsure if the hamster would survive the night. The rest of the appointment was noticeably unpleasant as a result. Out of politeness, our son inquired about the cost at the end – he was subsequently billed €10. Thankfully, the hamster wasn't hurt, but no one bothered to check on it afterward…
