I’m an American that just moved here and had an emergency with my beloved kitty. They had so much compassion and knowledge and helped us both. They saved her life and for that I am grateful. They have also cared for my Shih Tzu. I have been very pleased with this vet practice. They all speak English and take VAT forms, and are very kind and caring. Highly recommend them!

Great experience (multiple visits with injured cat), kind and nice staff, barely any waiting time. The two doctors we've met were precise, thorough, both of them speak German and English. The examination rooms and waiting rooms are nice and tidy, the corridors are nicely split in two, so cat and dog owners can wait with walls between the two groups, without bralws and barking. Guest toilet and free parking available, all barrier free, highly recommended.

Our senior dogs needed care and the entire staff was excellent at providing the service and treatment needed. From exam and dental to highly technical diagnostics and intervention. I drive an hour one way to continue care here.

Very kind and helpful. Unfortunately my dog passed but they helped me find out what was wrong with him and helped me understand what was happening. Hightly recommend them !!
