A really nice vet who was attentive to my cat's needs. I'd go back anytime.
Mr. Marek Przontka is friendly and the place is very clean and tidy. I highly recommend it 👍
I contacted this vet because one of my cats had apparently gotten a small wound on her head while I was away for two days, which was made worse by her scratching. The very next day, as soon as I returned (at 6 pm), I wanted to have it checked out to prevent infection. Knowing it was after the vet's regular hours, I politely asked if it would be possible to come in so he could take a look, or if it was a case for the weekend vet. However, on the phone, I was immediately and rudely told what I thought I was doing calling outside of regular hours, with the constant (up to six or seven times) mention that he would charge an additional 50 euros. This wouldn't have been a problem for me in principle, as my cat's health was more important to me, but I found it surprising that he insisted on this charge during the call without me ever mentioning money. Due to the rudeness and constant interruptions, I couldn't properly explain what was wrong with the cat (for someone like me with a disability, it's difficult to find the right words when interrupted every five seconds). This man lacked the empathy to speak to someone with a disability in a normal way, nor did he address an animal problem. I would have understood if he had referred me to someone else or left a message saying he was no longer responsible, but to treat someone so rudely and without empathy on the phone and to ignore an animal problem like that is completely unacceptable. I recommend that anyone with an animal problem or who has difficulty speaking due to a disability avoid this man, as he clearly doesn't like being disturbed. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment with another veterinarian who said it was good that I brought my cat to him and didn't wait until Monday, as this man suggested.
The vet was very nice and competent. He also handled my two cats very well. He was considerate of the animal's needs, for example, if it was very nervous. Not all vets do that.
