Reviews
This practice, or rather the veterinarian (Ms. Schröder), deserves negative stars. She caused our cat 30 hours of physical suffering and us, as his owners, 30 hours of emotional distress. She led us into a trap and didn't tell us the true extent of our cat's condition. We had to take him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night, who sadly had to inform us that our cat wouldn't survive the night. The veterinarian violated the Animal Welfare Act: "The Animal Welfare Act aims to protect the life and well-being of animals as fellow creatures, based on the responsibility of humans for them. No one may inflict pain, suffering, or harm on an animal without reasonable cause" (§ 1 Animal Welfare Act, principle).
Absolutely terrible! Our cat vomited up worms, and when we called, she was incredibly rude and said it wasn't an emergency. Absolutely awful!
I took my cat to be neutered today and I'm completely satisfied. The vet was lovely and answered all my questions competently.
She slammed the door in our faces without even saying goodbye, just because I mentioned that our dog was already house-trained at 3 months old and her dog wasn't at 6 months – but that's not my fault. And her practice isn't very nice. And she herself isn't a friendly person. We're not going there again.
