I want to thank Dr. Fitscher and her assistant from the bottom of my heart for the exceptional care they provided for my dog, Luna! On Saturday evening, outside of regular opening hours, they managed to save my little Jack Russell Terrier Luna's life with emergency surgery. It's simply incredible that they were pulled from their well-deserved weekend to help us in this emergency. Their selflessness and dedication to animals are truly admirable. The professionalism, care, and love they showed Luna are simply amazing. Dr. Fitscher and her assistant not only saved Luna but also calmed and supported me and my family during a very difficult time. We are incredibly grateful for their help and expertise. They not only saved Luna but also won our hearts. We cannot express enough how thankful we are and will definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for everything you did! ❤️🐾

Best vet ever! We've been taking all our animals to Dr. Fitscher for a very, very long time, whether they were dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, or even budgies. She's always available day and night, even when she's on vacation. You can always reach her, and if possible, she'll treat you as quickly as possible. We've been taking all our animals (patients) to her practice since 1990. Whether in person or on the phone, communication is always very friendly, and the advice is always excellent. If that weren't the case, we wouldn't have been taking our beloved pets to her for so long. She's currently treating our dog (Wolle) with a highly competent medication for arthritis. Since then, Wolle has been pain-free and is walking like a young dog. In conclusion, she's always there for us with her expertise and friendliness, and she's always helped us immediately and effectively.

I can highly recommend this practice. Appointments are available promptly, and the team is very friendly. The examination and treatment are stress-free. Dr. Fitscher takes her time with her patients and works calmly and thoroughly. The diagnosis and treatment plan are discussed extensively with the pet owner, and the treatment costs are within the usual range. My dog ​​and I are always happy to visit this veterinary practice.

After a bad experience at the vet, I've finally found a practice where the animal is the focus. No rush, no mass processing, and the animal assistant, Fluse, has already become my dog's friend. Highly recommended.
