By far the most unfriendly woman I have ever met. Individual training was supposed to cost €110 plus travel expenses, but I received a €30 discount if I participated in the puppy course (very generous considering that a private lesson with Martin Rütter costs €79 😄). Anyway, she went on to say that the puppy course wasn't 100% confirmed yet because there weren't enough registrations. Three days later, I wrote to the woman that I wouldn't be participating in the course because I didn't like her methods and, with my fourth dog, I felt I didn't need a puppy course. I also said I was willing to pay the €30 discount she had offered me. AND NOW BEWARE, she still wants to bill me for the course, even though it's not even officially confirmed!! (as of Monday, September 4th). Today (Friday, September 8th) the course was supposed to take place, and I thought, "Well, if I have to pay, I'll go," so I called Ms. Renz to get the details (apparently I registered for it, but I don't know anything about it except that it starts today!!). On the phone, she told me that the course was no longer taking place because of my cancellation (because of one participant?? Every single word was a lie!!). Now Madame wants to send me a bill for a course that didn't happen 😂 I would definitely recommend a different dog trainer; this is all about making money!! I'm only giving it one star because zero isn't an option!!! ... Update September 14th: I just received a bill for approximately €320 for a 60-minute home visit plus 12 kilos of puppy food 😂😂 I had actually paid for this with the €155 I already paid, but now they're claiming that was only a deposit. It's truly sad that people like this still exist!! They should be ashamed of themselves!! Further update October 2nd, 2023: I wrote to the woman on September 19th asking how she arrived at a 1.5x multiplier and what her justification was. Instead of answering, I received a payment reminder. Hahaha, I've had enough of this woman; she will definitely be contacted by my lawyer. I will continue to post updates here. Don't let yourselves be ripped off—it's a complete RIP-OFF!! Further update October 2nd, 2023: I asked the woman in writing on September 19th how she arrived at a 1.5x multiplier and what her reasoning was. Instead of answering, I received a payment reminder. Hahaha, I've had enough of this woman; she will definitely be contacted by my lawyer. I will continue to post updates here. Don't let yourselves be ripped off; it's a total scam!! Further update March 9, 2024 After I actually thought the lady had admitted her mistake and would leave me alone, I unfortunately had to fish a letter from her lawyer out of the mailbox today. It's a good thing I have everything in writing. I'm already looking forward to the main proceedings. I'll let you know what happens next!

My dog loves her! She really knows what she's teaching. She explains a lot about dog behavior and why they react the way they do.

I received fantastic, competent support. I also completed all of her dog training courses: puppy training, young dog training, clicker training, and retrieving training. I highly recommend her.
