Disappointing and opaque I contacted this veterinary practice because I urgently needed a specific dietary supplement for my cat's kidneys, which is currently sold out everywhere. I was assured over the phone that a full container of 300 tablets was available. However, after a 50 km drive, I was only given a third of the quantity (100 tablets) in a urine sample cup – with the questionable explanation that another customer had ordered the exact same tablets at the same time. A fair distribution would have been the least they could do. Unfortunately, this behavior doesn't inspire confidence, and I feel cheated. If I had been told beforehand that only 100 tablets would be given out, I could have saved myself the long drive. Transparent communication and reliability should be a given in a veterinary practice – especially when it comes to the health of animals. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice.

I've never experienced anything so outrageous. I was there with my dog ​​and my two children, and he told us to leave the practice because the children were disturbing him! I'm reporting this to the medical association.

Unfriendly vet, unfriendly reception, and a complete rip-off. I'm definitely not coming back. :)

A very competent practice. I've been going to Dr. Queisser for 20 years. He explains everything down to the smallest detail and takes his time. My cats have always received excellent care. I have nothing negative to report. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer at inconvenient times, but I gladly accept that.

A truly outstanding veterinarian! From the very first moment, we felt our dog was in excellent hands. The entire team is incredibly friendly and empathetic, and they take plenty of time for both the animal and its owner. The examination was very thorough, everything was explained clearly, and every question was answered patiently. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Our dog felt remarkably comfortable, which is the highest compliment we could receive. We are absolutely thrilled and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
