I'm traveling on an inland waterway vessel in Obrigheim. My cat has severe anemia, and we absolutely had to take blood again today to see if it's improved. If not, he'll need a blood transfusion. I explained this to the vet on the phone. Since I'm from the Netherlands, I might have an accent, but I speak German very well. She said she didn't understand anything and that she couldn't connect with me, said goodbye, and simply hung up. I called her back and explained that my cat's situation was very serious, and then she repeated that she couldn't connect with me and hung up again. What an outrage! And this is supposed to be a veterinarian! What a lack of love for animals! I know I'm not a patient in her practice with my cat, and perhaps I speak with a Dutch accent, but everyone in Germany can understand me perfectly well. But I hope karma catches up with you.

Christine Schreck is an extremely competent equine veterinarian who has been caring for all our horses for years. She specializes primarily in dental treatments, which are often neglected by many other veterinarians. I have complete confidence in her diagnostic skills, which saved the life of one of my horses.
