The dog in the picture is Lotta – the great furry love of my life! No matter how many other animal souls come into my life, Lotta is that one dog who is connected to my soul. Lotta had pyometra. She started drinking more and was more tired than usual. Dr. Elsner wanted to see her immediately (better safe than sorry). Everything was discussed right away, and a surgery date was scheduled. Dr. Elsner was SO loving towards Lotta, stroking her and talking to her – not just at the beginning, but constantly. When I cried, simply out of fear of the surgery and relief, I didn't feel silly at all, but completely understood. Dr. Overesch was to perform the surgery. I hadn't met her before. When we arrived today... well, what can I say? The entire team greeted my Lotti with cuddles, and Lotta even got to give out a few kisses. Dr. Dr. Overesch noticed how stressed Lotta was and decided against having her sit on the table, instead sitting on the floor with her. After the surgery, everyone kept coming around to Lotta and me—to talk to me and pet her. The surgery was excellent, and what else? When I got worried about Lotta at lunchtime, I called the practice. They told me exactly what to do, and a while later, Dr. Overesch even called me again to check on her and tell me where I could contact them until this evening if anything came up. This practice, the atmosphere there, the team—everything is just perfect, and I'm so happy that a guardian angel (who prefers to remain anonymous) recommended this practice to me. It's a dream come true! ❤️

I am very satisfied with Karin Elsner's veterinary practice. We took our dog Tedy there for an emergency appointment, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tedy received a thorough examination, and they really took their time with us. The staff are very kind and made us feel well cared for. I can highly recommend this veterinary practice to everyone!

Very nice team. I take my dogs Piet, Lady, Harry, and Mia, and my ferrets Tom and Jerry there, and whenever there's been a problem, it's quickly identified and treated. My little gang always enjoys going to the practice, which says something! The prices were fair, too. I've often recommended the practice, and everyone has had positive things to say afterward. I can confidently recommend this practice. Big praise to the ladies!
