Super!!
I took my two cats, Ellie and Gin, for a check-up today, and I can highly recommend Mr. Ringenberg. He's very kind, handles my animals with great care, and I always leave feeling reassured. His advice is excellent, too. The veterinary assistants are all very friendly and helpful. I'm happy to drive from Emsdetten to Rheine for this. I've been going there for many years, and I will continue to do so.
This was my second visit with my three cats, and I felt very well cared for. Every question was answered honestly, and my pets were treated very well. A very nice vet and a very nice team. :)
Last Thursday, I took my 5-month-old kitten to be spayed. Over the weekend, she had a lot of discharge from the wound. I called the vet first thing Monday morning... but they couldn't give me an appointment until Tuesday. The clinic canceled it over the phone, even though my kitten already had a slight fever. They told me to make an appointment for the next few days, saying they had too many surgeries to do. In my distress and fear for my beloved kitten, I called another clinic, and they took care of her immediately, with great care and expertise. Thank goodness. They had to drain the wound and, of course, give her an antibiotic injection. They're draining it and giving her another antibiotic injection today. I wouldn't recommend this clinic!
