A huge thank you to the entire team! Our dog has not only received excellent medical care for many years, but also incredible compassion, understanding, and patience. You feel truly taken seriously and in excellent hands here. Our dog has always felt comfortable and genuinely looked forward to his vet visits. We were also particularly touched by the personal condolence card we received after the loss of our dog – a testament to how much heart and soul truly goes into it.

Our Carlo had been wonderfully cared for there for 14 years. The now unfortunately unavoidable farewell to our dog took place at our home. He and we were treated with respect and empathy, and we were given the necessary time. Thank you again, also for the lovely card we received a week later.
