I highly recommend this practice. The entire team is friendly and very helpful. The veterinarian is very competent, and my animals are always well cared for. Questions are answered satisfactorily, and the vet takes plenty of time. It's easily accessible, and the prices are very fair. As a small animal owner, I feel very comfortable here.
Our dog needed emergency surgery on a public holiday. We received a very friendly welcome at the practice. The vet explained everything to us in detail, and we felt very well cared for. Since we were only visiting Freren, we hadn't been to the practice before, but thanks to the wonderful vet, we felt confident and could entrust our dog to their surgery. Even after we got home, the practice called us to check on our dog's well-being. Simply fantastic!!
Dr. Temmen removed a hazelnut-sized tumor from my rat. The tumor was located on his neck, which made it difficult to remove. I didn't have much hope because all the other vets I'd seen said they didn't do that sort of thing. That was three weeks ago, the tumor is gone, and the rat is alive. The price was reasonable, and the consultation was good, especially considering I was told the veterinary practice had limited experience with rats.
My dog had seven seizures within 12 hours. We called the veterinary practice at 11 p.m. because they were on call. The doctor then asked my husband how we could call the emergency number without having a solution and what he was supposed to do. He said, "You're the doctor who spent years studying medicine. Show what you can do!" He added that the website clearly states that seizures are among the emergencies. This "doctor" was the most cold-hearted person I have ever met. As a result, my dog continued to have seizures all night, because the nearest emergency clinic is in Hanover?! In the end, my husband even apologized for calling and feeling helpless. Then this so-called "great doctor" hung up. I hope you revisit some old textbooks and reread 1. what your job actually is and 2. what empathy means.
