I took my dog ​​to this veterinary clinic for an emergency after he suddenly became very ill following a walk. He seemed extremely dazed, was walking with a noticeable hunched posture, and appeared on the verge of collapsing. During the examination, it was discovered that my dog's stomach was completely full, even though he hadn't eaten for over six hours. Given that the symptoms appeared immediately after the walk, I found this finding alarming and worrying. After numerous examinations, my dog ​​was sedated and subsequently slept almost continuously for about twelve hours. It wasn't until approximately 14 hours after the vet visit that he was able to move again, and he then vomited. It turned out that he had eaten a tissue containing food scraps and other unidentifiable ingredients during the walk. In my opinion, my dog ​​was not treated appropriately in this situation. Instead of sedation, he should have been given an inducer to induce vomiting. I was very worried that this situation could have been dangerous for my dog, especially since there was a possibility he might vomit in his sleep during the long sedation period. This experience was very stressful for me and left me feeling very insecure. Fortunately, my dog ​​survived. However, based on my personal experience, I have lost confidence in this veterinary practice and cannot recommend it.

Great practice, friendly staff, and warm treatment. I was there today, Saturday, with Lilo, my Maltese, because she suddenly started limping. It was my first time there; Lilo was already familiar with everything and, despite the pain, was consciously relaxed because she knew she would be helped. After the quick X-ray and excellent treatment, Lilo was able to walk out of the practice on her own. Thank you so much! 🙏 There were only two hours between the before and after videos. Of course, the pain medication is helping, but we're optimistic.

Our dog was a patient there for many years, and we all felt very comfortable and well-advised. They were very friendly and compassionate right to the very end 😔 and we felt very well cared for there.

A great practice that I always enjoy visiting with my small animals. The vet is friendly and answers all questions thoroughly. The whole team is kind and helpful. They do everything they can to help the animal. I highly recommend this practice!

We took our 19-year-old dog there to have him put down. The vet was incredibly professional and even found kind words during this very sad and difficult moment. All of this speaks volumes about the practice, but then a few days ago we received a letter and a card from the practice expressing their condolences for our loss. I've never experienced such wonderful and compassionate service at any other practice. There really should be more practices like this, so I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
