Even on the phone, they said they couldn't treat a pigeon, that they had to euthanize it because it's a wild animal, and "...do you know how many injured pigeons there are? It would never end otherwise!" Now that's what I call an animal-friendly attitude for a veterinarian 😒
Unfortunately, we had to have an emergency last night when we had to put an elderly cat to sleep. It was our first time at this veterinary practice, and we were treated with great care and compassion throughout the dying process. Thank you so much!
A truly lovely and understanding veterinarian! The emergency service worked wonderfully; she kept checking in on our little worry! Since no other vet in Lingen would allow our sick cat to pass away peacefully (no time!!), she was able to put him to sleep! Thank you so much! 🌷
If I could give zero stars, I would. This vet is, in my opinion, a charlatan and a rip-off artist. €130 for a bit of pendulum swinging back and forth to figure out what's wrong with the cat. Then you get a medication that probably costs €20, and that's it. What a great practice. I definitely wouldn't recommend it!
We take our two cats to the vet. I'm more than satisfied. We've been somewhere else before, and we didn't feel comfortable there at all. Ms. Kähler is wonderful with the cats. She's also very helpful over the phone if you have any problems.
