Simply a fantastic practice! We're there with our dog, who is seriously ill with glaucoma. Everything necessary for treatment is discussed very empathetically and clearly. Everything proceeds calmly and without stress. As a worried pet owner, you immediately feel calmer – at least that's how it is for us. I came across the veterinary practice at the harbor in Spelle through the many positive Google reviews because I urgently needed a second opinion for my cat, Jack. After a very disheartening initial prognosis, I was feeling uncertain and looking for a veterinarian who would take their time and really examine him thoroughly. Even the first phone call was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I was able to come in for an open consultation the very next day. The practice is somewhat hidden away, but every kilometer of the drive was more than worth it. I was impressed as soon as I entered the practice: spacious, bright, and modern rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and above all, a very clean and animal-friendly environment. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. You immediately feel welcome and taken seriously. I would especially like to thank Dr. Brandt. In all my years with pets, I have rarely encountered a veterinarian who works with such expertise, dedication, and passion. He took his time, listened attentively, explained all the examination steps clearly, and addressed both my cat and my concerns. His handling of Jack was exceptionally loving, calm, and respectful. What was initially presented as a nearly hopeless case turned out to be much more nuanced after a thorough examination. Thanks to a well-thought-out diagnosis and appropriate treatment, we have regained hope. For that, I am incredibly grateful. Many thanks to the entire team!
