An incredible clinic in every respect. I would especially like to commend the friendly staff, who treat patients with understanding, explain everything in detail, and strive to find the quickest and most effective solution. Last month, the veterinarian saw me and my cat one morning without an appointment, quickly made a diagnosis, and scheduled surgery for the same day. She consulted with a colleague and started the operation immediately, so we didn't have to wait at all. The cost of the emergency spaying already included suture removal. We took the cat back in early April to have the sutures removed and to have a strange swelling at the surgical site examined. Another veterinarian was already there, who took care of everything and explained it all in literally five minutes. Some time has passed since the surgery, so I can confidently say that I see no shortcomings in her work. The atmosphere in the clinic is pleasant, with plenty of seating at reception and separate areas at the entrance, which I believe is extremely important for animals of different personalities and breeds. There is a water bowl for dogs and free gifts – catnip balls – at reception. There is also a vending machine with a wide selection of coffee drinks.

A fantastic veterinary practice. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and well cared for. The entire team is very friendly, empathetic, and truly takes their time – both for the animals and their owners. All our questions were answered patiently, and we never felt rushed. You can tell that they work with a lot of heart and passion. Thank you so much for the loving care – we will always come back with confidence and wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

This veterinary practice operates at an exemplary level. The veterinarians are extremely competent, take their time, and patiently attend to each animal. The reception staff is also always friendly and answers every question helpfully and clearly. While the practice isn't the cheapest, it's clearly the best choice for me.
