⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are more than satisfied with our veterinarian. Dr. Alexandra Häckel spayed our cat Nala, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was always clear, honest, and incredibly friendly. We would also like to particularly commend the fair and transparent billing as well as the straightforward payment system. Contact and availability are exceptionally good – in an emergency, Dr. Alexandra Häckel is always available and even came to the practice especially for us. This gives us, as pet owners, an enormous sense of security. Our cat has since been to the veterinary clinic, where both the senior veterinarian and the surgeon expressly praised the procedure. The spaying was performed superbly, the incision is barely visible, which made both doctors very happy – and of course, us too. We can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Alexandra Häckel – a wonderful veterinarian with heart, expertise, and great dedication. 🐾💛

I visited the practice with my dog ​​and am unfortunately very dissatisfied with the overall experience. Especially with an animal that can't speak for itself, I, as the owner, expect a thorough examination and a clear explanation of its health and the next steps. Unfortunately, my dog ​​was examined very hastily. There was hardly any attempt to calm my dog, even though it was visibly stressed. The diagnosis was delivered to me in an extremely rushed manner, and there was virtually no time for my questions about further medication and aftercare. At no point did I feel that my dog ​​was being treated as an individual, but rather like a number on an assembly line. Furthermore, the telephone accessibility for follow-up questions is a disaster – this is absolutely unacceptable to me when I have health concerns about my dog. Due to the lack of empathy towards the animal and the superficial consultation, I will definitely be looking for another practice where my dog ​​will be better cared for.

It was great! Dr. Häckel is a very nice, pleasant, and friendly veterinarian whom I can highly recommend. My little 4-month-old Sheltie likes her very much, even though vaccinations aren't the most pleasant experience 😆, but she's great about it. Dr. Häckel handles the animals very gently and talks to them, which isn't always a given; I've had other experiences. I'm very satisfied and glad I found her 🤗🤗
