I brought my older dog here for an appointment. He had eczema on his back. The examination was very thorough; every single step was explained, and the upcoming treatments and medications were discussed in detail. After a week, my dog is doing well again, and the eczema has disappeared. I am very impressed with the excellent work of this veterinarian.

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I had been taking my cat to her for a long time and always thought she was competent and kind, but I was completely wrong. She tortured him with injections and medications during the last days of his life, clearly trying to profit from my baby. The whole thing seemed strange to me because he was getting worse and worse. I then got a second opinion from another vet who explained that my cat had been suffering for ages because he was internally poisoned by kidney failure. And so, with a heavy heart, I had to say goodbye to my beloved pet. I can only advise everyone against entrusting their pet to this woman.

It's a shame that we even have to give this at least one star...our vet unfortunately didn't have an emergency service, so we had to call Dr. Prange very late in the evening, as our practice had also indicated the emergency service on the answering machine...our cat hadn't been feeling well since late in the evening (we also explained that it had gotten worse this evening, and he barely touched his food and was just weak and in agony). At first, we received an unfriendly greeting. After our explanation, we were informed that it was the middle of the night and we already knew that this was an on-call service...the next question was whether we had any money, because she wouldn't come for free anyway, and we could have called during the day! It would cost at least 300 euros...if you don't enjoy your job, you shouldn't do it! Not only was this unfriendly to us, but it was also clear misconduct for a veterinarian. The entire phone call was extremely annoying. Especially as a veterinarian, you should act in the best interests of the animal!
