The veterinarian in my area is the first point of contact for my animals.
Incompetent, unfriendly, unempathetic, unreliable, and unenthusiastic. Definitely not recommended for small animals/family pets. Many of these reviews are surely biased because the people are from the same town.
We begged Dr. Vogel to come and euthanize our Great Dane, as our regular vet didn't have time. His response: "There are plenty of vets in Naumburg!" Apathy and no compassion for the animal!
Our dog ate a poisoned bait. When we called, the person who called just said, "Well, I don't feel like dealing with that," and hung up immediately without another word. I'm incredibly disappointed by how unempathetic and inhumane someone can be. One star is actually too much. If you don't like your job, you shouldn't have a website that says "24-hour emergency service"! It's an absolute disgrace and such a disgusting character trait.
