Quick, uncomplicated help for our cat, who rarely needs a vet. Superbly explained, even for the kids.

We begged Dr. Vogel to come and euthanize our Great Dane, as our vet didn't have time. His response: "There are enough vets in Naumburg!" Lack of enthusiasm and no compassion for the animal!

The veterinarian in my area is the first point of contact for my animals.

Our dog ate a poisoned bait. When we called, the person who called just said, "Well, I don't feel like dealing with that," and hung up immediately without another word. I'm incredibly disappointed by how unempathetic and inhumane someone can be. One star is actually too much. If you don't like your job, you shouldn't have a website that says "24-hour emergency service"! It's an absolute disgrace and such a disgusting character trait.

Incompetent, unfriendly, unempathetic, unreliable, and unenthusiastic. Definitely not recommended for small animals/family pets. Many of these reviews are surely biased because the people are from the same town.
