Unfortunately, I was misled by the good reviews. I didn't feel welcome at all; I was given a dismissive, disapproving look and examined from head to toe. The vet was in a bad mood; she didn't smile once. There was no assistant, and my dog felt uncomfortable. I've only ever been to vets who talked to my dog kindly and petted him, but that wasn't the case here at all. My dog felt just as uncomfortable as I did. After paying the exorbitant fee in cash, I didn't receive a receipt. I won't be coming back.
