A compassionate veterinarian, a good diagnostician; we have been going there for over 10 years.
We were there once, but he forgot the appointment, and we had to wait an hour because we couldn't reach him. At the time, I thought he was just a scatterbrain. I wanted to make another appointment, but it was clear he couldn't be bothered. I'd rather walk a kilometer further up Schüttelstraße or take the bus for two or three stops; you get a much warmer welcome there.
