Makes vague statements to sow doubt... but then doesn't commit to anything in writing... that's unacceptable.

Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant veterinarian. He doesn't give clear diagnoses, just vague and wishy-washy advice. Yet he charges exorbitant prices. The animals are afraid of him, which pretty much says it all. A complete professional failure! Absolutely not recommended!

Dr. Kapaun, whom I've been seeing regularly with my cat for years, is an excellent veterinarian, and I know what I'm talking about. I've had several, both in Lower Austria and Vienna, and have had many different animals—dogs, cats, horses, and much more. His animals are his top priority—not his bank account. He is absolutely reliable, works meticulously, and discusses the animal's condition in detail. He's also an absolutely top-notch person. Highly recommended.
