I have only good things to say about Dr. Roffel. She takes all your concerns seriously, she takes her time during the appointment and she is very thourough. We have two cats and recently adopted a puppy and are very happy with the care all of them have gotten.

I wanted to have my chronically ill dog treated with alternative methods. Dr. Roffol advertises a wide range of therapies, but unfortunately, without the help of her so-called group, I couldn't treat him at all. Why does she offer so many therapies if she lacks the necessary experience? Furthermore, Dr. Roffol can't read the dosage or description of medications, even though she wears glasses. She doesn't respond to emails. It's sad; unfortunately, one has to write reviews to make one's point.

Since getting our first dog, which has been several years now, we have been taking him to Dr. Verena Roffol's practice. We can only confirm our excellent experiences with her treatments. Dr. Roffol always knew the right method, whether conventional or alternative. Our fourth dog unfortunately had anal gland carcinoma, and Dr. Roffol supported this treatment with mistletoe therapy, among other therapeutic measures, which greatly improved our dog's quality of life. Because Dr. Roffol is a very empathetic veterinarian, many animals enjoy going to her, as she always finds the right words to calm them. All in all, we can only give this veterinarian the highest recommendation.
