A very friendly and competent veterinarian! The cat quickly felt comfortable, and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Ms. Krätschmer. :)
We've been taking our dogs to Ms. Krätschmer for over 10 years and have always received excellent care (neutering, vaccinations, tick prevention, etc.). Our last dog loved Ms. Krätschmer and always considered her a "friend." Sadly, we've had to have two animals euthanized – she was incredibly supportive and comforting each time. Thank you!
Very disappointing! When I requested a home visit because my dog was extremely ill, I was practically snapped at with the words, "No, I don't do home visits! You'll have to go to someone else." ...Goodbye. And that was the end of the call. And this despite the fact that their website states they do home visits! Even one star is too much!
Ms. Krätschmer has a very loving way with animals and is also very empathetic towards their owners. You don't feel like just a number, as with some other veterinarians, but rather truly taken seriously. I can highly recommend her! Top-notch!
