Not a vet I would recommend. At least not for small animals. We wanted to have an embedded foxtail removed from our dog. He started cutting the wound, missed the foxtail, and then didn't dare continue. He then gave the dog an antibiotic injection because he was in pain, and that was it. Now we have to go to another vet as an emergency. If you're not confident enough to do something, you should at least be honest and tell the client you can't do it, don't try, and then just give them an injection.
