Very good support even outside of your service
A really nice doctor, even on Sundays - highly recommended!
Very nice vet took a lot of time for our dog
You're so good with animals. My cat doesn't like doctors, but he goes there without complaint. You've always been able to help my cat quickly, and for a reasonable price. I can't recommend a better doctor for your pet.
I really hoped to feel comfortable here, as we live in Hörbranz and having a vet nearby would have been a huge relief. It was all the more disappointing that my friendly email inquiry received no response at all – even though it concerned our cat's pain management and we were under some time pressure. When my partner then called to follow up, we unfortunately immediately had a bad feeling. The manner was very cold and lacked empathy, and it seemed as if our inquiry was more of a nuisance. Especially when it comes to our animals, who are like family to us, I want understanding, kindness, and the feeling of being taken seriously. We didn't experience any of that here – and frankly, that was quite disappointing. Therefore, we will continue to go to Lochau or Bregenz, where we feel our animals are in good hands. It's a real shame, because the proximity would have been ideal.
