Not exactly confidence-inspiring. The vet herself looked unkempt. When we entered the examination room, a visibly sick cat was being taken off the table. We were told to put ours on the table as well – it hadn't been disinfected beforehand! Disgusting! Since then, we've been going to Wasserburg and are very happy there.

If I could give her 0 stars, I would! I went there with my dog, and I have to say, I've never experienced anything like it. The way she treated me and the animal was absolutely vulgar, primitive, and anything but loving. She's very rude and completely unfriendly to animals. The practice is filthy and dirty. It makes you wonder how sterile the vet's equipment is. In summary, I would advise everyone not to go to this vet and wonder how she even earned her professional title, as it was anything but professional.

Our cat had a bladder infection on Thursday evening. We called Ms. Ehrle at 8:30 pm and were able to bring her in. Arriving just before 9 pm, she took plenty of time for our cat, examining and treating her thoroughly and explaining everything to us in detail. A fantastic veterinarian and highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. Our cat is doing well again 😊 We felt comfortable and in good hands with her.

My cat had a visible tumor on his lower jaw that went undetected. Unfortunately, the vet was also quite harsh with the patient. The practice is very dirty and smells very unpleasant. Very disappointing. Never again.

We took our cat to Mrs. Ehrle. It was a complete rip-off. The cat was supposedly very sick, but she was vaccinated anyway. A different vet couldn't find anything unusual the next day. It was a complete rip-off. The practice was a filthy, dirty, and unhygienic stall. A catastrophic situation. Never again.
