I appreciate that even late in the evening, the doctor still explained everything thoroughly, including the animal and the blood test results, and was very empathetic. Sadly, our cat is no longer with us due to old age. But Dr. H. and the entire team were a great help. (When one of us was feeling really unwell, thank you for the glass of water; the receptionist was incredibly kind.) The fact that they took our concerns so seriously was truly appreciated. I'd even drive further to this practice. You feel well cared for, and there's parking right outside. The rooms are clean, and the team is very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service! I brought our German Shepherd to the vet yesterday because she'd been limping more and more. They took excellent care of her; they were friendly, and I really must mention the vet was simply top-notch. I'll definitely be taking our dog there from now on. Thank you for everything!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my little dog to the Wasserburg Small Animal Clinic for a check-up and I'm absolutely thrilled. We received an incredibly warm and friendly welcome upon arrival – such warmth, calm, and genuine interest are sadly all too rare. Some medical assistants in human clinics could really learn a thing or two from them. The veterinarian took plenty of time and explained everything he did in a way that was easy to understand, even for a layperson. I was particularly impressed by the loving, calm, and respectful way he treated my dog. You can immediately tell that they not only have professional expertise but also a real heart for animals. I felt very well cared for, and so did my dog. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! 💛🐶
